Located in the vibrant West End neighborhood. Only a 5 minute uber to Vanderbilt and 8 minutes to Broadway.

The space

The house is split into 2 apartments, 1 on each floor of the house. Airbnb renters will have the entire 2nd floor with private access. It has three bedrooms with Queen Size beds and two full bathrooms, a living room, and a laundry room. The 2nd floor alone is over 2000 sq ft.

You will use the SIDE DOOR to access the Upstairs Apartment. There is a really lovely couple that live in the downstairs Apartment.

You will be provided parking space for 1-2 vehicles on the street in front of the house (so as to not block the driveway as the garage is in the back for the bottom apartment)
